9. Getting laundry done
8. Sex (didn't this used to be #1??)
7. Having a predictable routine
6. Work (see #7)
5. A good cry in therapy!
4. Any live connection to friends
3. Good-night snuggles with my boys
2. Gym Time
1. Sleep

  1. That's a good list! I would have to agree with all of those (except #7, on account of my not having a job...).

  2. gym time really does help balance the brain. Sucks that it has to happen before my kids wake up or I don't get it in.

  3. I had to adjust the list slightly when I realized I didn't include my own therapy...and, well, given my profession...that feels like a mortal sin!

    (notice that means that "sex" got booted down a few notches...at least you can't say I'm not honest!)
